RETURN POLICY

You must get a Return Authorization from us before sending anything back.

You may return most items sold by Hotreplica.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping and handling cost.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. In this case the reimbursable amount is limited to the cost of regular mail, or must be submitted in advance to our approval otherwise. You are encouraged to contact us before you mail back whatever.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or used, or is missing parts.
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.

Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing or using the product the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines may exceptionaly receive only partial refunds up to 50% of item's price.

Returning a gift. If the item you're returning was designated as a gift when purchased, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

If you requested to cancel your order before it is shipped, it will be refunded in full excluding transaction fee - 6% of order total including shipping cost.

Refunds

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 weeks of our receiving your return. Returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Voucher will be credited in the form of Gift Voucher.

How Refunds Are Calculated

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines may (or may not) receive only partial refunds. The percentage of partial refund will be designated on our sole discretion.

If you used a gift voucher to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply unless the return was caused by our error.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies
