Delivery Time
Delivery time can vary depending
on different factors. We calculate delivery time by taking our estimated
shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our
facilities to your destination address.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and
delivery time for you.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates.
It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of
the date range to still arrive earlier than our stated delivery estimate.
We currently ship via registered air mail. Estimated delivery time for majority of countries worldwide is 2 to 6 weeks. In most cases the delivery time is about 3 weeks. Shipping cost will be calculated and paid during checkout process. (See the rates below)
Please note that we need a few working days to process your order before shipping.

Shipping and Handling costs for
orders dispatched via registered air mail depend only upon the total price of the order, as shown in the table below:

Please also note that the shipping
rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of such an item can
be found on its product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies
we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Custom Clearance
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Thus in no event shall Moscowstore.com be liable for any consequences of Custom Clearance in your country, including, but not limited to import duties and seizure. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Moscowstore.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Sometimes our local Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Consolidating Packages
Trying to keep shipping costs down?If you placed two or more orders they
can be entirely or partly consolidated upon request, provided neither of them has been processed or shipped.
To request consolidating of packages please check the status of orders you wish to be consolidated. The
orders having their status Pending can be consolidated. Please contact us to instruct which orders should be consolidated.
The remaining cost you have paid for shipping of second, third, etc. orders will be refunded and credited to your account, minus transaction
fee (approximately 6% of the amount to be credited)
Items requiring special
shipping and handling (for example, items
that are large and/or heavy) are marked on their product detail pages as such
and will ship separately from other items in your order. Note that in some
cases, these items require an adult signature upon delivery.
Shipping and handling cost of each
package will be calculated in accordance with the above table.
In some cases, you might receive
more shipments than we indicated when you placed your order. Regardless, we
will never charge you more for shipping than the amount that was originally
quoted to you at the time you place your order.
Undeliverable
Packages
Occasionally packages are returned
to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to
us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders
that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase
items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web
site.
If you suspect your order cannot
be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return
or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Why Packages are Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package
undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is
typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please
double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
To remove an outdated or incorrect
address from your account, click the "View or change entries in my
address book" link under My Account. Click either the
Edit button or the Delete button beneath the address you want to change or
remove.
- Address Format. If a post office box address was entered, the package may
be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To
ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter
the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
In rare cases, it is also possible
that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling
process.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a
package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always
require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion
to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to
obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three
attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may
refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still
want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a
surprise is on the way.
Lost Package Policy
If a package being sent via air or ground mail did not arrive in 8 (eight) weeks after the shipping date and all attempts to track this package have failed, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded
